2. Supervise your firms EMS Policy Committee.

3. Review writings and point out areas of weakness and suggest methods for improvement.

4. Oversee progress review meetings on a weekly basis.

5. Submit confidential progress reports (as necessary) to the team leader and management.

6. Meet individually with person(s) in charge of each section, as needed.

7. Approval committee’s final documents as each meets ISO and, or notify management of areas of weakness or non-compliance.
